Reimagine a Way Out.

Leading us out of the tunnel.

Creativ Club Austria (CCA) celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2022 with a special campaign: Reimagining groundbreaking creative work of five decades. The key visual presenting the shortlist reinterprets the wayfinding system Tino Erben created for the Viennese subway in 1980 — which is still in use today thanks to its timeless approach.

What reliably leads the way out of the Viennese subway tunnel, pulls us in online all the more: Silicon Valley has converted the concise exit symbol into the share icon. And in doing so, it has fueled the opposite: a flood of (dis)information that often seems endless.
